Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering is already beginning preparation for UPSC. After her graduation she started to wonder whether or not she would be satisfied in an engineer position. It was later discovered that her ideal job would be working in the civil service. She decided to pursue this. Parents encouraged her to prepare for civil service and to make an impact in the community. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm as she remained focused at her dream of becoming an IAS. It takes more effort to get UPSC. While she was studying in engineering and other classes, she also used to study for different subjects of UPSC. She allocated time for this examination preparation each day. In just 1 and 1/4 months, she passed her engineering examinations, and stayed away from all contact with people. She believes that focus and concentration are essential for a successful government examination to become an official. She was determined to pass the test on her first attempt and put in a lot of hard work. To stay informed about current affairs she would regularly go through papers. Rajya Sabha TV and online study materials were also a great help to her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh authored a second book that was called, The Answer Writing Handbook. It is available at every library in the state. It's a good book to IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously to take the exam.
